lT IS A SCAM. (Continues) DO NOT USE THIS APP

Because of the below described SCAM after buying $15 in order to activate a $15 plan and was credited less than $ 15 had to buy another $10 means i pad $ 25 in order to enable me to activate a $15 plan.
This is what i did. BUT after activating i checked
And i had some $8 balance in my favour. This balance disappeared after one day, means that they are using first your balance on very high rates "without plan" and only thereafter your plan will be used. This is a "smart" way of increasing their profit without any or very very small return.
If digicel are reading this , i would suggest to stop this SCAM and give the option to enable buying the desired plan say , charge $15.5 to enable to activate a $15 plan. Alternatively if Apple are reading this, suggest to disable this App until digicel will correct it.

It is very convenient to top up with this app. No need to look for a store BUT , :
1. You never get the promotions which are being offered when you buy a top up card from a store.
2. Here is the real scam , with this app there are preset options to buy like $ 10 or 15 or 20 etc. In panama for 2 weeks plan you need to pay $9.99 and for 30 days $14.99 but when you choose to top up for 15 days i.e top up with $ 10 you will be credited with $9.65 which would not be enough for the plan and you need to top up again with $ 10. So you paid $20 for a $9.99 plan.
Same with the 30 days plan. You are paying $15 getting only 14.65 which is not enough for the plan. This is the reason they are ver often sending sms promoting their SCAM
