This app used to work but now I cant top up since the new update. Says theres an issue with payment but I called my bank and they said the see Digicel taking payment but then they credit it back to my account. Whats the deal?

Because of the below described SCAM after buying $15 in order to activate a $15 plan and was credited less than $ 15 had to buy another $10 means i pad $ 25 in order to enable me to activate a $15 plan. This is what i did. BUT after activating i checked And i had some $8 balance in my favour. This balance disappeared after one day, means that they are using first your balance on very high rates "without plan" and only thereafter your plan will be used. This is a "smart" way of increasing their profit without any or very very small return. If digicel are reading this , i would suggest to stop this SCAM and give the option to enable buying the desired plan say , charge $15.5 to enable to activate a $15 plan. Alternatively if Apple are reading this, suggest to disable this App until digicel will correct it. =============== It is very convenient to top up with this app. No need to look for a store BUT , : 1. You never get the promotions which are being offered when you buy a top up card from a store. 2. Here is the real scam , with this app there are preset options to buy like $ 10 or 15 or 20 etc. In panama for 2 weeks plan you need to pay $9.99 and for 30 days $14.99 but when you choose to top up for 15 days i.e top up with $ 10 you will be credited with $9.65 which would not be enough for the plan and you need to top up again with $ 10. So you paid $20 for a $9.99 plan. Same with the 30 days plan. You are paying $15 getting only 14.65 which is not enough for the plan. This is the reason they are ver often sending sms promoting their SCAM

Idk why but few days ago I was able to send credit. But now its saying my payment not right or my info Im guessing maybe there not working with PayPal anymore??? Idk they need to fix it something going on.

Very easy way to send credit to my cousins in Jamaica.

The app is fast intuitive and convenient to use. Takes the work out of sending top up to friends abroad. Digicel really nailed it!!!!!

App was very easy to use...I like that it loads my contacts making it easy to send top up to my family in Trinidad.

Nice app but need to add paypal as a payment method

That was too easy. It makes sending money to your love ones phone a breeze.

The app doesnt support PayPal. Its a waste of my time.

For all the apps from Telecomms companies in the developing world, Digicel has done a fantastic job creating this solid and functional app. The interface is intuitive. Payment is swift and easy. There arent too many frills to distract you from what needs to be done: send a top-up. It works!

This is B.S. They charged u on top of the amount that youre sending. I would rather stop by the nearest store to do instead. As matter of fact its not even accurate cuz The person doesnt get the minutes on time.
